What people ask us before getting started: timelines, the capture, the AI concierge, pricing and adding the tour to your website.

The capture takes about 2 hours on site. Your tour goes live about ten days later, including your review of the texts. It is delivered complete, with its info cards and your content.
Our team comes to you, or a photographer from our North American network does the capture following our protocol. Production always happens in house, and our drone pilots are certified.
The documents you already have: hours, capacities, policies, room sheets, PDFs or videos. We build the tour, you review the texts in a simple spreadsheet, and we make the corrections.
Yes. We update your content and add 360° views or new info points. Your last ten versions are kept, so if a change doesn’t work for you, we roll back to the previous one.
It answers only from your documents and never searches the web. When the information isn’t there, it says so and points the visitor to your team. In the dashboard, you read the conversations and correct any answer you’re not happy with.
French and English, in the language of the question, even if your documents are in French. The tour itself is also available in both languages.
When a visitor asks about a space, the concierge answers and takes them straight there in the tour.
The Book button in the tour already opens your current booking engine. A connection to your PMS, the software that manages your rooms and reservations, is assessed case by case. Tell us which one you use: we check what is possible and price it in the quote, before you sign.
Yes. Your guest is already on the property and asks the concierge where the pool is: the route appears on their phone. Coming soon: the same wayfinding in augmented reality.
Coming soon. For now, visitors type their questions to the concierge, and voice is on our roadmap.
The capture is a one-time cost, quoted based on the area and the number of spaces. After that comes a monthly plan sized to your venue, plus the concierge if you add it. Tell us about your property and we reply with a price and a timeline.
We give you a line of code, and whoever manages your website pastes it where you want. The tour then shows inside a page or opens from a button. No developer needed.
On your social media, in your booking flow, in your email signature, or on a brochure with a QR code.
Yes. The tour opens in the browser, on a phone or a computer, with no app to download.
It makes no automated decision about a person, and every answer comes from one of your property’s documents. We tell you in writing what it collects and why, so you can add it to your privacy policy.
Describe your property in two lines. We reply with a price and a timeline, with no mandatory meeting.
