Ki Space Hotel & Spa

The need
Suites, a 1,000 m² spa, an arcade room and function rooms. Those spaces are hard to describe over the phone, and every event planner asks the same questions: how big, what layout, how many people.
What we delivered
Twenty spaces captured and produced, each with its area and capacity.
In the tour
Visitors pick a space from the menu, open its info card, follow the path drawn on the floor and switch between room layouts. The AI concierge answers their questions.
Today
The tour is open to the public, in French and English, with the AI concierge.

Salon Richmond 1861

The need
A former church in Griffintown. The height of the nave is its main asset, and no photo really captures it. So every planner wanted to visit in person before deciding.
What we delivered
The nave, the lounges and the mezzanine, with each space’s capacity shown in the menu.
In the tour
Planners move from space to space through the menu and see right away how many guests each one holds.
Today
The tour goes out with the quote sent to planners. It serves as their first site visit, from a distance.

The need
Showing an entire site, with its courts, stands and hospitality areas, to sponsors and ticket holders who have never been there.
What we delivered
The whole site, captured on the ground and from the air, with an aerial 360° view.
In the tour
Visitors move from one area to the next, then rise above the site to take it all in at a glance.
Today
Produced for Tennis Canada, the tour is open to the public.
