Privacy policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026.
This policy explains what Virtuo360 collects on app.virtuo360.com, why, who receives it and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible
Virtuo360 inc., 619-5300 rue Molson, Montreal, Quebec. Our privacy officer is Alexis Trinchete, reachable at info@virtuo360.com.
What we collect
- Through the quote form: your name, your email, the name of your property, your city, the services you're interested in and your message. The form also records the language of the page.
- By email or phone: whatever you choose to tell us.
- While you browse the site: nothing else. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools.
To display a page, your browser contacts three services: Vercel (our host), Google (for the fonts) and jsDelivr (for an animation library). As with any website, they receive your IP address.
Why
To reply to you and prepare your quote. If you hire us for a project, we also use this information to carry it out with you. We don't sell it to anyone.
Who receives it, and where
Your request goes through three services:
- Vercel Inc., our host, which receives the form, in the United States;
- Resend, which forwards it to us by email, in the United States;
- our email provider, where the message lands.
To reply to you and carry out your project, we then use our work tools: email, document and file storage, task tracking, appointment booking and an AI assistant. They are provided by companies including Google, GitHub, ClickUp, Calendly and Anthropic, in the United States. Your information is therefore transferred outside Quebec.
How long we keep it
A request that goes nowhere is deleted 12 months after our last exchange. A client's file is kept for 5 years after their last project, and its accounting records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, receive it in a reusable file or have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@virtuo360.com: we reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.
A complaint about how we handle your information goes to the same address and gets a written reply. If that reply doesn't satisfy you, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
