Navigation

Your visitors find their way around your property.

From their phone's browser, visitors plan their route, then follow it in real time to where they're going.

Three ways to guide your visitors.

Each one builds on the last. You choose how far to go.

In that same tour, visitors pick a place, the pool for example, and the path appears on the floor.

Real-time navigation

On site, the phone locates visitors and guides them to their destination, on a map or in 360° view.

It all starts with 360° photos taken on site.

We photograph your property floor by floor. Those photos give us the map and an image of every step along the route. On site, the phone recognizes where it is, then follows visitors as they move.

A link, or one line of code.

Navigation opens in Safari or Chrome, on both iPhone and Android.

With a link

In an email, on a ticket or behind a QR code, visitors tap the link and navigation opens.

On your website

Your web team pastes in one line of code, and navigation shows up on your site.

We start with one floor, tested with real visitors.

01

Site survey and 360° photos

How precise navigation can be depends on the venue, so we study it on site first. Then we photograph a first floor or a first wing.

02

Test routes

People who don't know the venue walk the routes, and we fine-tune the navigation.

03

The rest of the property

We then apply the same method, one area at a time.
